It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Hammerstrom (Solon, Iowa), who passed away on November 28, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Claus Krenzien and Molly Krenzien (Schnirring); and her brother Lavern Krenzien. She is survived by : her spouse Bernt Hammerstrom (Ben); her children, Roger Hammerstrom (Sandy) of Woodward, Steve Hammerstrom (Joy) of Solon and Linda Williams (Dave Connell) of Solon; her grandchildren, Jessica Kelman (Dustin), Kristin Hanks (Peter), Christopher Williams (Stephanie) and Andrew Williams (Emma); and her great grandchildren, Decklan and Reese Kelman.
