He is survived by : his wife Theresa Rose Gerard; his children, Lisa Donavan (Jim), Julie Shimon, Nichole Glick (John) and Brad Stroud; his former life partner Theresa Beranek; and his sisters, Terry Abbott (Ralph), Diane Siems (Wayne), Barbara Brant, Betty Staley, Robin Cox (Don) and Christine Mayers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
