He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Fabritz and Edna Fabritz (Doller); his wife Mary Jean; and his sister Mary (Dan Byrne). He is survived by : his children, Jason Fabritz (Amarilis Lugo Pagan) and JoEllen Ritchie (David); his grandchildren, Christian Ritchie, Gabrielle Ritchie, Davis Ritchie, Victor Fabritz Lugo and Nestor Fabritz Lugo; and his aunt Rachael Davis (Gangestad).

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Bill's memory.
