We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2020, at the age of 70, William R. Meyer of Solon, Iowa, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver Meyer and Winona Meyer (Purvis); and his wife Mary Lou Meyer. He is survived by : his children, Michelle Mischler (Gregory), Cherisa Meyer-Fletcher (Shaun) and Timothy Meyer (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Arthur, Samuel, Benjamin, MaryJane, Alyssa, Dylan, Zoey and Quinn; and his brothers, Donald Meyer (Linda), Stanley Meyer (Hilda) and Charles Meyer (Pam Klendworth). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Heritage Church also located in Rock Island.
