He is survived by: his wife Jennifer (Wilhelm); his mother Grace Bilstad of Callender; his children, Nathan (Candy) of Somers, Joel of Somers, Aaron of Somers and Kimberly Broderick (Alex) of Waukee; and his sisters, Diane Minier (Don) of Ringsted, RaeAnn Lang (Jim) of Urbandale, Linda Eklund (Dan) of Huxley and Sue Dooley (Steve) of Grimes. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
