It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Virgil Norgaard of Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on October 7, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Norgaard and Marie Norgaard (Bottker); his wife Donna Underwood; his former wife Gladylou Barnes; his son Todd; his grandchildren, Jimmy Lee Norgaard and Dixie Rae Norgaard; and his siblings, Dale Norgaard, Earl (Phyllis Norgaard) and Fern (Harold Sembach).
He is survived by: his children, Charles (Tim), Susie Norgaard of Spencer, IA, Tom, Sharon Norgaard of Spencer, IA, Christy Craig of Spencer, IA, Terry, Antionette Norgaard of Laurens, IA and Candice Norgaard of Marathon, IA. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends.
