He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Stienstra and Lois Stienstra; and his daughter Katie Stienstra. He is survived by: his children, Chris Stienstra and Laura Stienstra of Sioux Falls, SD; his brother David Stienstra (Kathy) of Terre Haute, IN; and his nephew Matthew Stienstra of Seattle, WA.
