He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Johnson of Spencer; his daughter Christine Otaniyi (Temi) of Spencer, IA; his grandchildren, Temi Jr., Kore, Jeremiah (JD) and Adura; his sisters, Marilyn Summers of Paullina, IA and Kathy Jones of Spencer, IA; his nieces, Heather Sienkiewicz (Mike) of Burlington, VT and Nichole Vennare (Steve) of Conneaut Lake, PA; and his nephew Leighton Jones of Spencer, IA.
