He is survived by: his former wife Laura Fahey; his wife Kim Mohr of Spencer, IA; his sons, Chuck (Liz) of Spencer, IA, David (Becky) of Overland Park, KS and Bill (Maile) of Des Moines, IA; his stepson Jason Mohr of Spencer, IA; his grandchildren, Marisa, Mollie, Abby, Carly Ella Leighton, Greyson and Jaxon; and his siblings, Jerry Borth of St. Cloud, MN, Margaret Meyer of New Ulm, MN, Brenda Johnson of Fairfax, MN and Ann Borth of LeSeur, MN. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
