It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lon Emerald Rossiter of Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on February 15, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Pearle and Alora Pearle (Manning); his wife Mary Lou; his sons, Larry and Loren; and his brother Donald.
He is survived by: his sons, Leo Rossiter (Colette) of Spencer and Lyle Rossiter (Colleen) of Westside; his daughter-in-law Laura Beckett (Steven) of Baraboo, Wis.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Faine (Brett), Emily Monahan (Riley), Erin Rossiter (Nick Quinones), Evan Rossiter (Mallory), David Rossiter (Ivy Blummer), Hannah Heiman (Eric) and Joseph Rossiter; his great grandchildren, Stella, Henrik, Graham, Brooks, Brody, Cohen, Shae and Ellee; and his brother Roger of Worthington, Minn..
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established by the family in Lon's name.
