She was predeceased by: her husband Gaylord Vogt; her parents, Edor Valdahl and Clara Valdahl; and her siblings, Mary Hintz and Jim Valdahl.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Melanie) of Fort Dodge, Julie Jindrich (Larry) of Emmett and Joe (Karen) of Raymore, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lindsay, Ryan Vogt (Emily), Katie Medel (Paul), Dan Jindrich (Caitlin), Ben and Eli Vogt; her great grandchildren, Valerie, Vivienne, Vera Vogt, Cooper and David Jindrich; and her brother Tom Valdahl. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish Church (1111 4th Ave, Spencer, IA 51301). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (1701 W 4th St, Spencer, IA 51301).
