Sherwood Allan Myers Obituary

The memory of Sherwood Allan Myers of Spencer, Iowa, who passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin and Mabel (Walstrom); and his siblings, Shirley Mason and Duane "Red" Myers. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ferrendelli of Upland, CA, Tracy Myers of Nashville, TN, Paul (Darcy Myers), Amy Engel (Mike Paul) of San Diego, CA and Kim (Gregg Stanislav); and his wife Mary Eischeid. He is also survived by five children, 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Parish Church (1111 4th Ave, Spencer, IA 51301). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (1701 W 4th St, Spencer, IA 51301).
