She is survived by: her husband Charles "Duane" Campbell of Spencer, IA; her children, Starla Swanson of Spencer, IA and Carl of Hartley, IA; her brother-in-law Bernie Campbell (Mary) of Hartley, IA; and her cousin Shirley Paulsen (Pete) of Spencer, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
