He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his sons, Christopher Kondrath (Linda) of Oak Park and Jeff Kondrath (Ginger); and his grandchildren, Jessica Kondrath Chicago of Illinois, Heather Kientoff Fort Dodge of Iowa, Mitch (Ashley), Madison (Ky), Andrew Ryan Kondrath Everly of Iowa and Sean Kondrath Spirit (Amanda). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
