She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton W. Rockhill and Eleanor Rockhill (Parks); her spouse Glen Truman Vander Zwaag; her granddaughter Mariah Warntjes; her siblings, Connie (Victor Kauzlarich) and Gary Rockhill; and her siblings-in-law, Ruby Rockhill, Betty Vander Zwaag, Judy (Cliff Van Schepen), Ray Larimore and Henry Vander Zwaag.

She is survived by: her daughters, Yvonne (Bob Blohm), Lora (Harry Vander Pol), Cindy (Mark Warntjes), Lisa (Rodney Bakker) and Amanda (Justin Crane); her grandchildren, Leslie (Rob Michael), John Blohm (Jessie), Kyle Blohm (Megan), Matthew Vander Pol (Terri), Brooke (Adam Brinkmeier), Brittney (Dave Meyer), Taylor Warntjes (Heather), Jordan Warntjes (Michelle), Blake Warntjes, Sheila Neff, Andrea (Justin Lee), Danielle (Logan Fischer), Talan Crane and Landon Crane; her siblings, Jane Larimore, Lori (W. N. Gray), Owen Rockhill (Paula), Ronald Rockhill (Cindy), Wendell Rockhill, Rex Rockhill (Pam) and Randy Rockhill; and her siblings-in-law, Harriet Vander Zwaag and Claude Vander Zwaag. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.

Memorials will be given to the American Heart Association and the Alzheimer's Association.
