He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Lind and Dorothy Lind (Barlow); his wife Karla Kay Lind; his siblings-in-law, Evon Loontjer and Huey Mingledorff; and his great-niece Samantha Jo Novak.
He is survived by: his sons, Stacy Lind and Brian Lind; his grandchildren, Jacob Lind and Karlee Lind; his siblings, Barb Mingledorff, Merlyn Lind (Betty) and Carmen Heidecker (Gale); his girlfriend Jolene Schmidtke; and his brother-in-law Mick Noteboom (Julie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family of Gary Lind.
