She was predeceased by : her parents, Tiny Blom and Alice Blom (Bundy); and her brother Tiny Blom, Jr.. She is survived by : her husband Arv Tesch of Everly; her son Travis Tesch (Annette) of Everly; her grandchildren, Tanner Tesch, Mckenzie Reynolds, Kayla Reynolds and Paige Reynolds; and her brother John Blom (Deb) of Manilla. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews; special cousins; other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Patty's name.
