He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Renfer and Mildred Renfer (Shaffer); and his siblings, Ernest, Clair Renfer and Anita Crutchley.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Arnold; his children, Ronald (Frances) of Marion, Janyce Schuhmacher (Martin) of Marion and Marcia Zimmermann (Andy) of Ventura, California; his sister Donna Schwartz of Marion; and his brother-in-law Harold Crutchley of Marion. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 10 1/2 great-grandchildren.
