He was predeceased by: his parents, Phaene Hibbs and Orva Hibbs (Fjelland); his brother Duane Hibbs; and his niece Melissa Shelton Burget. He is survived by: his spouse Susan Gerlach (Sue); his siblings, Barb Shelton (Bill) and Tom Hibbs (Betty); his niece Karen Jones; and his nephew Brian Hibbs. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
