She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Damewood and LaVerna Damewood (Bosteder); her brothers, Dennis and David; and her son James III.

She is survived by: her husbands, James Drake and Jim of Stanton; her son Johnathon Drake (Connie) of Madison; her brother Duane Damewood, Jr. of LaPorte; and her granddaughter Meredith Drake of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
