We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2020, at the age of 89, Janice Kassel of Storm Lake, Iowa, born in Blockton, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles George Wilson and Bernice Petrie Wilson; her siblings, Portia Wilson Pershing and Dean Wilson; her niece Stephanie Pershing Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Hurley Kassel.

She is survived by : her children, David Kenneth Kassel (Cindy), Paul Charles Kassel (Julie), James Petrie Kassel (Patti) and Karen Kassel Hutto; her grandchildren, To David, Cindy Kassel, Heidi Fritz (Scott), Anne Holmquist (Bill) of Minneapolis, MN and Katie Kassel of Kansas City, MO.; her great grandchildren, Mason Fritz, Luke, Lauren Holmquist, Elliott, Hazel Kassel and Ruby Kassel; and her husband Kenneth Kassel.
