He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Jacobsen and Millie Jacobsen (Christiansen). He is survived by : his wife Barbara Whistler; his children, Lowell (Charlotte) of Fairway, Susan of Yorba Linda and Sandra Burgers (Alan) of Shrewsbury; his granddaughters, Kate Honda (Masanori) and Lexie Burgers; and his great grandchildren, Naomi and Kimiko Honda.
