With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susan Kay Schulte (Storm Lake, Iowa), born in Sioux City, Iowa, who passed away on October 22, 2019 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Gordon Voss and Lois Voss (Taubert); her husband Donald Schulte; her daughters, Tonya Spies (John) of Hinton and Misty Bennett (Blane) of Ponca, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Bailey, Bryar Bennett, Brody, Kenedi and Dawson Spies; her siblings, Mary Lou Smith (Lin) of Ponca, Aub Voss (Ruth) of Ponca, Gary Voss (Cheri) of Ponca and Brian Voss (Deanna) of Ponca; her siblings-in-law, Mary Jean Schulte of Martinsburg, Lisa Burton (Dean) of Onawa, Iowa, Jim Schulte (Julie) of New Boston, Larry Schulte (Kristie) of Ponca and Pat Schulte (Kris) of Elkhorn, Nebraska; her parents-in-law, Berniece and Philip Schulte; her brothers-in-law, Mike Schulte and Mark Schulte; and her great-nephew Wyatt Mackling. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
