She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Miller and Ethelmarie Miller (Martin); her brother David V. Miller; her grandchildren, James and Isabell Schwartz; her father-in-law Carl Schwartz; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Miller, Judy Schwartz and Kenneth Gevock; and her sibling's children, Shawn Bollhoefer, Caidynce Schwartz and Zayden Benton Christensen.

She is survived by: her husband Lyle Schwartz; her children, Lane Woodrose Schwartz (Sylvia) of Fairbanks, Leland Schwartz (Erin) of Story City and Laura Dreiss (Michael) of St. Paul, MN; her grandchildren, Kai, Jack Schwartz, Julianne, Olivia Schwartz, Leo, Hugo Dreiss, Ellen and Irene Shreiner; her siblings, Deneise Olson, Dennis Miller, Deb Gevock and Douglas Miller; and her sister-in-law Julie Snyder-Miller.
