We are sad to announce that on July 9, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Judtih Lynne Egeland of Story City, Iowa, born in Ames, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Max Jorgensen and Amy Dawn Jorgensen; and her sister Naomi Weave (Ross). She is survived by : her former life partner Richard Wendell Sowers; her children, Amy Knight (Eric) of Pella and Christopher Sowers of Jefferson; her brother Marlin Jorgensen of Ames; and her husband Orlene Egeland of Story City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Story City Library.
