He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Edna Watters, Dr. John Earl and Ann Carr; and his aunts, Toni Belmont, Debra Watters and Teresa Jochimsen.
He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Watters and Bernadette Watters (Belmont); his daughters, Sydney, Savannah and Sawyer; his siblings, DeWayne Watters (Jill) and Rachael Luscomb (Andrew); and his siblings' children, Natalee, Nyah Watters, Parker and Taylor Luscomb. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
