She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Rupp and Odelia "Delia" Rupp (Wiest); her husband Carleton Watters; her siblings, Leila Brink and Louis; her siblings-in-law, Hazel Rupp, Marie Rupp, Gloria Rupp, Louise Rupp, Willard Brink and Odo Puls; and her daughter-in-law Deb Watters.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Watters (Bernie), David Watters, Steve Watters (Brenda) and Teresa Jochimsen (Gary); her brother Ambrose (Lois); her grandchildren, Carl, DeWayne, Rachael, Andrea, Brent, Mindi, Jesse, Jake, Kelsey and Gina; and her close friend Bob Brood. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
