He is survived by: his wife Pam Broome; his daughter Heather Jacobs; his grandchildren, Trevin and Delilah; his brothers, Clark Cook (Sue) and Dan Funk (Linda); his nephews, CJ Cook (Tonia), Chad Funk (Brandy) and Brett Funk (Christina); his great-nephew Zac Cook; and his great-nieces, Jasmine Cook and Taylor Funk.
