He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his son Rivers of Swisher; his sister Terry Lee Zahradnik (Norm) of Cedar Rapids; and his sibling's children, Greg Mulherin (Christie), Dr. Brenda Mulherin-Stogsdill (Matthew Stogsdill), Thad Miller, Cody Miller, Trevor, Ashton Schleicher, Cole Miller, Stephanie Miller and Allison Doby.
