We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2023, at the age of 75, Jerry Allen Wood of Swisher, Iowa, born in Oelwein, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Eli and Delores Mae Wood (Damon); his wife Janice Hickey; his children, Wendee Ealy (Dan) and Erik Wood (Kristin); his grandchildren, Hunter (Sarah), Abbey, Chloe Ealy, Brinley Wood and Josieanne Wood (Skylar Cox); his siblings, Kerry Dlouhy (Dave) and Larry Wood; his siblings-in-law, David, Dennis (Barb), Doug "Hick" Hickey (Bev), Judy Franc (Joe), Joan Peterka (John) and Joyce Barber; and his brother Tom. He was also cherished by his nieces and nephews.
