He is survived by: his spouse Janice of Tama; his children, Cam Konicek (Christy) of Las Vegas, NV and Kris Konicek of Ramsey, MN; his grandchildren, Josh Konicek (Gabriella), Kyle Konicek (Samantha) and Kaiyah Goldsmith; his great grandchildren, Krew Konicek and Karter Konicek; and his siblings, Colleen Steveson (Richard) of Toledo and Larry Konicek (Judy) of Garwin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
