He was predeceased by: his parents, Fay E. Wilcox and Beulah Wilcox (Rich); his stepmother Lucille Parks; and his brother Keith Wilcox. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Smith; his children, Al Wilcox (Nancy) of Valrico, FL, Craig Wilcox (Karen) of Brooklyn and Mary Kay Borts (Rick) of Altoona; and his grandchildren, Scott Wilcox (Tami), Melissa Winter (Corbin), Erin Billmeyer (Jess), Lisa Wilcox (Andrew Blikken), Adam Borts, Candice Fedeler (Wayne) and Brandon Borts (Allison). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Haven Community Church.
