She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens Pedersen and Anna Pedersen (Jensen); her husband Richard Severson; her daughter Lisa; her son-in-law Jeff; her brothers, Alvin, Donald, Richard "Val" and Arthur; and her sisters-in-law, Delva, Ann, Maida and Jackie.
She is survived by: her brother Art; her children, David R. Severson of Chicago, Anita K. Prince of Gretna and Karla Michaelis (Dick) of Norwalk; and her grandchildren, Joey, Jens (Liz), Joshua, Christine, Matt, Mike, Megan (Jeter), Katie (Mark) and Erin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
