It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine W. Lund of Thor, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Helgevold and Emma Helgevold (Mandelko); her husband Harold Franklin Lund; and her daughter Barbara Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Frances Miller of Lansing, MI, Pauline Lund of Ankeny and Lowell Lund of Thor. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; great great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
