She was predeceased by: her parents, Buzz Stansberry and JoAnn Stansberry (Petersen); and her pets, Kilo, Nikki and Tessa.
She is survived by: her husband Chris Collins of Thor; her stepchildren, Chris Wentworth and Taylor Gardner; her grandson Christopher Wentworth; her sister Lori Mentzer; her niece Hailey Mentzer of Hawaii; her sister Chris Stansberry; her siblings' children, Tyler, Tristan Stansberry of Fort Dodge, Samantha Stansberry and Galaxy Banse of Clarion; and her pet Brady. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
Tonya attended First Baptist Church in Eagle Grove, volunteered for Relay for Life and the American Cancer Association, loved listening to music and doing her nails and was a "shopaholic".
