She was predeceased by : her parents, Peter Eckhardt and Edith Eckhardt (Smith); her husbands, Ray Sell and Harry Sell; her siblings, Bob Eckhardt (Rosetta), Fritz Eckhardt (Agnes), Marion Kriz (Allen), Emojean Williams (Ward), Marge Axon (Leonard), Dean Eckhardt and Baby Boy Eckhardt; and her sons-in-law, Don Moore, Rick Vesely and Bill Hansen.

She is survived by : her former life partner Raymond Sell; and her children, Barbara, Donna Hansen of Vinton, Sandy Moore of Waterloo, Ron Sell (Sherry) of Traer, Shirlee Bouck (Brian) of Cedar Falls, Jan Vesely of Traer, Pete Sell (Joleen) of Waterloo and Barb Wickman (Merle) of Milford. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
