He was predeceased by : his parents, James K. "J. K." and Mary Lou Summers Felts; and his brother Jim Felts. He is survived by : his wife Janet F. Jennings; his daughters, Jamie Porter (RD) of Columbia Missouri, Janeal Penning (Stanley) of Hubbard and Janan Hicks (Nathan) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Shauna Harrison, Heather Direnzo, Danielle Cook, Austin Lyons, Kassidy Chen and Reese Evelyn Hicks; and his brothers, Joe Felts (Janet) of Georgia and Carl Felts (Jerry) of Oregon. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
