It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy L. Jeffries of Traer, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gerald P. Lichty and Euarda M. Kline Lichty; her husband James Jay "Jim" Jeffries; her sons, Terry and Michael Jeffries; and her brother Lawrence Lichty.

She is survived by : her children, Diane Potter (Dwayne), Debbie Bane (Jeff) of Emery and Pat Jeffries (Nancy) of Waterloo; and her sisters, Donna Engel (Raynard) of Waterloo, Shirley McLaury (Billy) of Dunkerton and Carol Jean Loy of Waterloo. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
