Julian Raymond Boudonck Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2025, at the age of 96, Julian Raymond Boudonck of Victor, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Boudonck and Romanie Hudders Boudonck (Hudders); his siblings, Julein Boudonck, Flavia De Meyer, Fritz Boudonck, Marshall Boudonck (Lathell), Alice Cleppe (Ferdinand) and Margaret Wauters (Raymond); his niece Alice VanQuekelburghe (Joe); and his children-in-law, Leroy Bringmann and Diana De Meyer.
He is survived by: his niece Janice Bringmann; his nephew Robert De Meyer; and his grandchildren, Alicia, Joe, Annette, Dave, Dan, Diane, Beth, Rob and Chris. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Bridget Catholic Church (104 3rd St, Victor, IA 52347). Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Victor Calvary Cemetery (1924 A Ave, Victor, IA 52347). For nearly 30 years until Covid prohibited it, he spent all day every Friday volunteering at the Iowa City Veteran's Hospital and also was known by staff for bringing a pan of his homemade desserts like apple crisp to share each week.
