Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Kenneth Wayne leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Monica McCuen (Candy) of Nodaway, Iowa; his daughters, Malena Kaye Sothman (Rod) of Cumberland and LaVonne Mae Parker of Nodaway, Iowa; his grandchildren, Malakai Kane Calhoun, Tierney Sothman (Josh Crum) and Teaguen Sothman (Morgan DeBuhr); his sister Arlene Raines of Stanton, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Anne McCuen of Villisca, Iowa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wolfe-Billings Funeral Chapel (201 E 4th St, Villisca, IA 50864). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
