She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Horak and Mabel Huppert Horak. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth of Vinton; her daughters, Linda Duffie (Don) of Kearney, NE, Donna Batey (Gary) of Mt, Sandra Frahm (Kim) of Kellogg and Diane Vance (Mike) of Knoxville, TN; and her brother Merle Horak (Thelma) of Vinton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
