She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Millburn and Helen Millburn (Cutter); her husband Louie of Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her son John Deklotz; her son-in-law Dennis Young; and her granddaughter Stephanie Herzberger.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Young of Henderson, NV, Gary Deklotz (Rae) of Cedar Rapids, Margie Lohrer (Dennis) of Shellsburg and Linda Herzberger (Jim) of Cedar Rapids; and her daughter-in-law Judy Deklotz of Shellsburg. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church - Atkins (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206). A reception was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church (303 3rd Ave, Atkins, IA 52206). A burial was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (3167 65th St, Shellsburg, IA 52332).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Camp Courageous, or a charity of your choice.
