He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Canby and Florence Canby; his wife Grace; and his son William. He is survived by : his daughter Susan (Joe); his daughter-in-law Valerie (Paul); his former life partner Mary Jane; his grandchildren, Christina (Jim), Mary (Donny), Nick (Annie), Victoria, Andrea, Joe and Christian; and his siblings, Letitia, Marquis and Jim (Elaine). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in care of the Canby family at Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services, Winfield, IA.
