She was predeceased by : her parents, Clifford Zupp and Lue Alice Zupp (Johnson); her husband Monteno Leonard; her children, Zane Leonard and Gina Edwards; and her siblings, Bud, Neal, Bob, Doug, Dick, Dannie, Leona, Beulah, Blanche and Fern.

She is survived by : her children, Monica Bremer (Cole) of Holstein, Iowa, Tina Bernard of Sioux City, Iowa, Grant Leonard of Las Vegas, Nevada and Barry Leonard (Rhonda) of Springdale, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Nicole Ekstrand (Terry), Zanniell Zevenbergen (Brad), Luke Edwards (Megan), Bryce Bernard, Ryan Bernard, Brooke Bernard, Brandy Walsh (Ethan) and Rylee Leonard; her great grandchildren, Christian, Jeremiah, Glorya Ekstrand, Heaven Gaskins, Zed, Zariah, Abiah Zevenbergen, Colton, Tucker Edwards, Rilynn and Lilyn Walsh; her great great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Coleson Gaskins; and her sister Arbie Meredith (Ralph) of Independence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
