With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Louise Ransom of Waukee, Iowa, who passed away on May 31, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Frank" Crain and Ida "Jane" Crain (Piper); her siblings, Sammy, Jim, Nancy and Mary Ellen; and her parents-in-law, Josephine and Aubrey Ransom.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Ransom; her children, Matt Ransom (Christi) and Becky Walters (Joe); her grandchildren, Cole (Miranda), Luke, Katy, Michael, Jacob and Stephen; her great grandchildren, Mila, Rhyatt and Remy; and her siblings, Dan and Ruth.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home & Crematory - Adel Chapel (735 S 14th St, Adel, IA 50003). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
