She is survived by: her children, Matthew Hanes (John Williams) of Chicago, IL, Sarah Mentele (Ryan) of Grimes, IA and Becky Perdue (Jim) of Waukee, IA; her siblings, Barbara Young (Debbie Drozdov) of Baton Rouge, LA, Jay Facto (Pat Tallman) of Urbandale, IA and Tim Facto (Vicki) of Des Moines, IA; her brother-in-law Doug Hanes (Marcia) of Aurora, CO; her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Crandell (Jim Russell) of Urbandale, IA, Tony Montinguise of Urbandale, IA, Christopher Montinguise of Urbandale, IA, Jon Hanes (Sarah) of Aurora, CO and Amanda McBee (Ted) of Gunnison, CO; and her grandchildren, Evalyn, Conlin, Alana, Harper Mentele, Jordan and Chey Perdue.
