It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Schwamman of Waukon, Iowa, born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Westerholm and Abigail Westerholm (Miller); her brothers, Norin "Swede" and Kleo Westerholm; her sister-in-law Doris; and her son-in-law Roger Hawbaker.
She is survived by : her brothers, Harlan "Red" and Kleo "Wes"; her daughters, Linda Hawbaker (Eric Hanson), Becky Robinson (Paul Burroughs), Sherri Lewey (David) and Lorri Hartson; her brother Harlan Westerholm; her sisters-in-law, Lillian Schmieden and Janice Westerholm; and her friend Waukon. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren.
