He is survived by : his mother Sandy Runice (Leiran) of Waukon; his son Cody Michael Runice; his former life partner Cheryl Ellingson; his son Edwin Jay Runice; his sister Shelle Fogt (Allen); his nieces and nephews, Logan Fogt (Mariah) of New Albin, Lane Fogt of Waukon and Lauryn Fogt; his niece Heather Van Gorp (Scott) of Nashua, IA; his grandchildren, Mercedes, Addysen, Amiiyah and Alyxzandr; his son EJ Runice (Shelby) of Nashua; and also JD of Waukon. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
