He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Leo, Lavon Cunningham, Roger and Norma Johnson. He is survived by : his parents, Virgil Johnson and Kathryn "Kay" Johnson (Cunningham) of Waukon; his son Breydon Johnson of Shelby, NC; his siblings, Angie Scoville (Dan) of De Soto, WI and Justin Johnson (Kimberly) of Waukon; his nieces and nephews, Kenzie Beyer (Jake), Emily Cade (Austin), Alex Scoville, Ava, Greyson and Everly Johnson; and his great-nephew Beckham Beyer. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
