He was predeceased by : his parents, Malcolm Fogelman and Sarah Fogelman (Husted); and his sisters, Betty Jensen (Al), Marion Johnson (Don) and Marilyn Braunschweig (Paul).

He is survived by : his wife Faith; his children, Chad Fogelman and Cindy Fogelman of Illinois; his grandchildren, Brittney, Aaron, Kayla and Brianna; and his brother Ron Fogelman of Spencer, Iowa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Open Door Mission or Samaritan's Purse.
